I have used Cameron's smoker chips exclusively on both my Cameron smokers
with great results. You have to establish your own flavor profile to really
get into it. I tend to like the very smokey flavors over the sweet ones but
to each his own. One thing for sure is that the wood chips are pure therefore
you dont pickup any aftertaste or flavor that you might get from some other
inferior product. There is no waste as the chips burn completely to ash if
you follow the smoker directions correctly. Highly recommended by this chef.

Made for stovetop smokers,
We have been using our stovetop smoker for ribs, chicken, wings,
Tuna steaks, sliced potatoes and have fish ready for later today.
We love the results! Especially the Baby Back Ribs. They require these special
wood chips because they have had the resin removed from the wood. Leaves ashes
only to clean up.
I understand that they can be used on an outdoor smoker, but must be soaked.
Too expensive for that.

Bradley Hickory Bisquettes 120 Pack
Price Range $40
Also available in Mesquite, Apple, Oak, Pecan,

The stronger and very distinct flavors of mesquite, oak and
hickory are commonly used for smoking beef, game meat and pork products such
as pork shoulders and beef brisket.
Apple and cherry impart a sweeter, milder smoke flavor, commonly used with
poultry and wild game meat.
The secret to the Bradley Smoker is the Bradley Flavor Bisquettes which are made from select hardwoods. The Bradley Smoker burns a Bradley Flavor Bisquette once every 20 minutes producing a clean cool smoke flavor. When wood burns the smoke flavor is produced in the initial stages of the burn. when you cook wood to the ash stage you release the tars and resins from that wood. Bradley Bisquettes burn only to the charcoal stage thereby keeping the tars and resins in the wood and not on your foods. With the Bradley Flavor bisquettes you get perfect results every time you smoke.

I have a Bradley smoker and these are great with beef it gives it the zip
your looking for to make the difference. I smoked my beef for 8 hrs with a
rub and some other things and my guest said it was the best beef that they
ever eaten you can't go wrong with anything Bradley makes. They do cost more
but they are worth it.
