Awesome Smoker, 04/17/2009
The Stainless steel Bradley is an Awesome smoker. Although I have only used
it once, it did an awesome job on the loin back ribs I smoked with Mesquite
biskettes. Once you get the thermostat figured out the biskette loader kicks
one in every 30-40 minutes so you really dont have to monitor it much, just
keep an eye on the temp and the water in the bowl and you will be good to
go.

It is so easy to use and the food comes out perfect. Unlike the charcoal fed
smokers, this one cools down almost immediately when turned off.
The stainless steel otion, I highly recommend, plus a cover if you live in
a damp or rainy area.

exactly what I wanted, 05/13/2009
I had researched Bradley Smokers a lot. I decided I didn't need a digital,
but wanted the stainless steel four shelf. No one else had it. Apparently
according to Wal Mart's description, they listened to what people were looking
for and had this available with the price range I was looking for. Even with
shipping, it was cheaper than others I was looking at. And to my surprise,
it was delivered faster than expected, even tho I paid for faster delivery,
I didn't think it would make it. It was for our annivesary, my husband loves
it. Great Product and Wal-Mart had it!!!

Husband is trying to smoke everything he can. He loves this smoker. Quality
product and stainless steel will help it last longer.
